1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and iringit ("Platform", "We"). iringit operates an online gaming platform providing sports betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, and various other digital entertainment services to eligible users in Malaysia.

This Terms document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming us. All these documents together form the entire agreement between you and iringit regarding the use of this platform.

2User Eligibility

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the iringit platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any available fund balances.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. iringit will not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login credentials to another party.
• Information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the iringit support team immediately.
• The KYC verification process involves submitting a copy of your MyKad or passport along with valid proof of address. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Iringit reserves the right to request additional verification at any time if deemed necessary for security or legal compliance purposes.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Iringit supports a variety of secure, integrated deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions on this platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM 20.00 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account level.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Wagering Requirements: Before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, users must fulfill the specified wagering requirements — typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount. Specific requirements are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

7Game Rules and Bet Settlement

• All bets confirmed and recorded by the iringit system are final. Players may not cancel a bet that is in progress, except in cases where the Cash Out function is explicitly available.

8User Responsibilities and Prohibitions

9Account Closure and Suspension

Accounts on the iringit platform may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At User Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they have a gambling problem may apply for self-exclusion, which will block access to their account for a chosen period.
• Terms Violation: iringit reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform or other users.
• Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administration fee after notice has been sent to the user.

10iringit Liability Limits

Iringit provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, bugs, or inaccuracies. That said, we are committed to maintaining a minimum uptime of 99.9% and responding promptly to any technical issues.

• Iringit is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a weak or interrupted internet connection on the user's end.
• Iringit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The maximum liability of iringit to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11Terms Amendments and Governing Law

Iringit reserves the right to amend, modify, or add to these Terms at any time without prior notice.
